Unprofessional
I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with this apartment community. After paying my application fee and holding fee, I received an approval letter and expected someone to contact me with the next steps. Instead, I was completely ignored.
I made multiple attempts to reach the leasing office through phone calls and emails, but no one responded or kept me informed about the status of my application. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating, especially after they... had already accepted my money.
To make matters worse, I was later told it could take 45–60 business days just to receive my $250 holding fee back. That’s completely unacceptable considering the poor customer service I experienced throughout the entire process.
If you’re considering applying here, be prepared for little to no communication, unprofessional customer service, and long waits if you need a refund. I expected honesty, transparency, and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, this leasing office failed to provide any of those. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
