Bad Upper Management - Broken Spa, Dirty Water in the Gym... No one cares
Upper Management Doesn't Care. Front Office People, Useless.
1. Re-open the spa or start issuing people refunds for "Amenities" that are being advertised. Take that pretty picture of the sauna off the windows, that's not what it looks like, and it doesn't even work. Been hearing the same broken record.
I was advised that the sauna will re-open mid to late March.
Latest and greatest, the building FAILED an Inspection on April 5th.
So, what's next???
2. The dry sauna has not worked... pre-covid times. It still hasn't been fixed, it's been over a year now. Wouldn't it make sense to fix it in the past year while the Spa was closed?
3. Water Filter has been Red in the Gym Facilities for over a year. Why not change the filter???
To be continued...

Horrible Place to Live
Total Dump. I lived at Residences of Wilmette for 2.5 years and had nothing but problems. Twice the sprinkler system exploded flooding several apartments ruining all the tenants possessions. Then came the constant construction of them trying to fix everthing. Everytime it rains or snow melts the sewers overflow filling the entire building with noxious gas. I literally had to leave the building the fumes were so bad. There is absolutely no insulation between the units. I could literally hear... the people above me constantly, even them going to the bathroom. It was disguisting. The appliances are garbage. Even the employees told me they just bought everthing on clearance. Mold in the shower, no water pressure. The amenities are a joke. The whirpool was always dirty and everthing was always being shut down for repairs. I'd say they were open maybe 20% of the time. The building was not secure. Workers would come and go so management would just leave the main doors open. For the outrageous rents they charge it's not worth it.

Great staff and great amenities.
My wife and I recently sold the big house and thought we wanted to live down town in a high rise with all of the amenities. What we found was that the amenities were great but the traffic, crime, and noise was definitely not our thing. We considered purchasing however home investments today are certainly not what they use to be. One Saturday heading to a friends place we found ourselves stopped at a light both staring at a beautifully built well constructed building with an advertisement sign... stating pet friendly ( we love our pooches ) and the appropriate leasing information to contact the office. We called and the friendly voice on the other end ( Jorgen ) answered all of our immediate questions and then some. We found ourselves extremely excited to take a tour. We both knew half through the tour that we were going to call this home. Every detail has been thought of, nothing was cheeped out. Quality construction, quality fixtures, and oh yeah the amenities are better than our fancy high rise offered. I love my technology and this place is loaded with it. Our cars reside in the large private heated garage, we have more space than we need, and the staff we not only got to know but we feel we can call them our friends. Brandi and Jorgen in the leasing office make everything seamless from the application to the move in. Very professional, very efficient, and extremely helpful. Michael in Engineering doesn't take days to rectify a work order it's literally done in hours. A first class building, fitted with a first class staff, and it is in the quaintest little town anyone could ask for. We have only visited a half a dozen of the local businesses around but every one of them have been great. We can still walk to dinner, walk to have a cocktail, or walk to the grocery store or Walgreens. We absolutely love The Residences of Wilmette and love the town of Wilmette. If your looking, look no further. You won't regret it.
