My dream apartment

After a long search for the perfect apartment on Apartments.com, I had almost lost hope. Then, I came across The Villages of Greene Valley. I instantly fell in love with the community of the complex, the nature that surrounds it, and the welcoming feel from the management staff and residents. I can completely say that I was sold on how helpful and friendly Jessica and Crystal were in the application process and how beautiful the apartment homes are on the interior. This complex truly has UNIQUE… features. I am so happy with my experience thus far and would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to rent their first space. Joe, the maintenance employee, was fast and quickly helped me with small issues when I moved in to make sure I was comfortable. Lastly, the complex has a huge dog community and is super welcoming of dogs, so if you have a pet, this is the ideal place for you.

Great Place to Start Family

This is my first apartment I’ve ever rented and it’s been almost 10 months since I’ve moved in to the place. I’m a little late on the review but, better late than never. I absolutely love the place and when me and my girlfriend were looking for our place to start a family because she was pregnant at the time, we saw this place and checked it out. The unit wasn’t ready yet so we couldn’t look at it. But it was Jessica who was the first person we met that sold us on just her pure professionalism… and answered every question before I could even ask it. After our first visit we knew this was for us and it was meant to be for us. Fast forward 10 months later and our son is now 10 months now because we moved in when he was 2 weeks old. And we couldn’t be any happier and more importantly, safe here. Safety is the main thing with having an infant, so that’s why we love it here even more.

Beautiful and peaceful

I lived here 20 years ago and came back after becoming a single mom. Central location and love the atmosphere, it’s becoming more and more beautiful here as they keep updating things. Love the dog park, and grills and having the beautiful trees around makes it quite and peaceful. The staff is so helpful and I love that they are pulling our community together with awesome get together can’t wait to see what else is to come.

My favorite apartment

This apartment complex is amazing, they keep the parking lot convenient for the residents, they are always updating the place, and the location is nice! I love having the woods surrounding the area for a nice and quiet place to stay. Lots of stores and fun places to be near this location. The staff is helpful and gets the job done right!

Great place to call home!

I am a resident for over 5 years. I love everything the new owners and management have brought to this place. They are making wonderful updates. Parking is much more convenient and people can't get away with crowding up the parking lot, and helps with keeping it quiet at night. Security with building specific keys and 24 hour maintenance emergency, just to name a few. It's been night and day compared to before!
