It is quiet and nice for one person. Great neighbors and neighborhood. I do very much need help though.

I have fixed the inside up very nicely and the location is fine, but many of the residents in my building are scary

It was really easy for me to get into the apartment but I had multiple problems. Neighbors, people doing drugs, fights, mice in apartment. just not a good apartment to be in.
