Quiet little community

I’ve really enjoyed living here overall. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are typically handled efficiently. The amenities are a great bonus- especially the tanning bed!

One feature I especially appreciate is the valet trash service—it’s definitely a helpful convenience, especially during busy weeks. That said, there are a couple of areas where it could be... improved. Occasionally, pickup times seem inconsistent, and there have been a few instances where trash was left longer than expected. Clearer communication about pickup schedules or more consistency in service would make this even better.

Overall, it’s been a positive experience living here, and with a few small improvements to the valet trash service, it would be even closer to perfect.

Living here has been a great experience

The office staff is always friendly and easy to talk to, and maintenance gets things done fast, which I really appreciate. The neighbors are cool, and the community has a nice, laid-back vibe. Definitely a solid place to live!

Great Place to Live

The community is beautifully maintained, with clean, landscaped grounds and great amenities. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need for comfortable living. The management and maintenance teams are top-notch – always responsive, friendly, and go out of their way to address any concerns promptly. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Highly recommend Hartshire to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Great service

Hartshire lake manager welcomed us with open arms. Showed and explained to us everything we asked questions about apartments we were looking at. Clubhouse was nicely kept and everyone was very friendly.
