Fountain Park Apartments

Close to Hospital, Quick Maintenance, Small Overall, I had a good time living at Fountain Park. I found the staff to be helpful and receptive--maintenance was fast, and they addressed the issue. The location is a bit pricey--specifically because it is quite small. The 2 bd, 1bth can fit 2 people, but it does feel like a squeeze sometimes. I also had a bit of dry mouth--and I would constantly get mouth sores--just at Fountain Park. Whenever I slept somewhere else, the mouth sores went away. I... cleaned and stuff, but the sores kept happening. However, the location of the complexes was really nice because it was walking distance to the hospital. Fantastic Response Times Extremely quick turnaround time on a maintenance issue and convenient / professional communication portal.

My garbage disposal wasn’t behaving properly & there was some leaking on the floor. A polite man came over & dealt with the problem while I had to go to work. He seems to have managed the situation well. Thanks!

Helpful Staff and Seamless Service My experience as a tenant has been fantastic. The staff has been incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and assist with any issues or questions.
