Quiet, well-kept, professional

I lived here from 2012 to 2015, and it went almost completely smoothly the entire time. There were some issues with local kids causing trouble, but it was never too bad. Nice place, good location.

Huge disappointment - Endless issues

Bed Bugs.
Poor extermination, they always do the cheapest fix and not the best fix.

That rule "cheapest not best" always happens here. Maintenance, pest control, landscaping, etc.... all poorly done.

Do not move here.

Oakdale Square Apartments - Nice & Affordable

I lived in Oakdale for 8 years. They are not brand new luxury apartments but they are well maintained and spacious. You won't find a more affordable deal in Bloomington where your neighbors are nice and the surroundings are safe.

I took a tour of the facility and it was very clean and nice. Would recommend tours to anyone. Will not be living there, due to finding another place.

The apartment was a bit of a disappointment

For the price that you pay, you get what you get in this apartment. There was mold on the exterior and I could smell the mold on the interior. The set up was very odd and the carpets were- well they needed to be replaced. If you are looking to love somewhere very cost friendly, then this place is good. You just need to keep in mind what you'll be getting for the price.
