I have lived here for 5 years and over the course of that time have dealt with poor water conditions such as dirty water coming out of the pipes, a lack of water flow, a false accusation of committing a hit and run that was easily verifiable by checking the color of the car I registered to use the parking lot, the consistent appearance of stink bugs, a laundry room that was routinely broken into and vandalized and a view that was changed from a grouping of trees you could occasionally see deer... nesting in into another gas station. To top it off, Brawley Property Management purchased the property and raised the rent 46%. When asked what improvements were made to the property to warrant such a ridiculous increase I got no response. I asked again and the reply I received was "I thought those questions where rhetorical." Long story short, find a different place to live.
