Woodlawn Crossing (2023)

My husband and I lived here for 3 years; we first moved into a two-bedroom flat, and then when we decided our large dog needed more space, we couldn't bring ourselves to leave the complex and so we moved across the parking lot into a townhouse. A majority of the residents are IU grad students, law students with a few young professionals or mature undergrads in the mix. The location is perfect, as it is quiet and out of the way, but still an easy 20 min walk or short drive to campus. But the best... part was the management and maitenance team. Any time the occasional issue arose, the maintainance guys came the day after we submitted a service request (once they showed up within just a couple hours). They were always professional and friendly, and even brought treats for our dog. The leasing team was equally friendly and made our moves easy. It was reassuring knowing that we had dependable service. We wish we could've stayed in Bloomington longer and were sad to leave this complex! Read More
