How Is This Rating Determined?

Refuses to enforce terms of the lease

Tenants cannot be loud or practice their instruments in their apartments. However, if a tenant decides to do so, management will not enforce the lease terms. They will give guidance to call law enforcement instead of enforcing the terms of their lease.
