Hampshire Court Apartments

I lived there for two years. The apartments are old and need serious maintenance done to everything from the AC unit to the frame work of the doors, walls and floors. I left that apartment in the same condition it was given to me and instead of returning my whole deposit they gave me $50 back. The owners are rude and not friendly at all, they never once did daily trash pick up like it says they do and any time you need something they act like it’s a huge inconvenience. Don’t move there.

Grass a foot high, bushes not trimmed, security lights out, maintenance crew busy doing Health Department-ordered renovations on some apartments so ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE gets done; manager is lazy and useless but the owners' son so no help there. My recommendation - go somewhere else.
