Everyone is so friendly here! Maintenance will do your work order almost immediately. It’s really clean and super quiet. I mean… I just love this place!

Such a Great Apartment Experience!

I’ve had such a fantastic experience at Parkside Trace Apartments! I had been searching for a new place to live for a while and stumbled upon Parkside Trace on Google, and I’m so glad I did. The team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, and I’ve been loving my unit. My favorite things are the location and all the surrounding greenery. I recently moved from Louisville, and it’s been so much quieter here and a great place to settle down for a bit. I would highly recommend this property!

Great people, great place to call home.

I have loved living at Parkside! The apartments are well-built, with nice finishes that make it feel modern. Maintenance is always on top of things — quick responses and everything gets fixed right the first time. It’s clean, quiet, and just easy to live here. Management has also been helpful with anything we hav needed as well.

Overall great place to live

I’ve lived here for about a year and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is convenient and fairly quiet, maintenance has been responsive when I’ve needed them, and the apartment is spacious with good natural light.
