Do NOT live here if you have a pet! I had a great experience renting here until I moved out. I was charged a $400 nonrefundable pet deposit + $25/monthly for having a pet. Upon leaving I was charged an additional $800 for ordinary wear and tear (carpet slightly soiled) they defined as 'pet damage.' The complex has taken over $1,600 from me because I own a dog! Do NOT live hear if you have a pet!!

I love living at Arbor Lakes. The ponds are peaceful. The staff in the office is always ready to assist. Anytime I place a work order it is taken care of promptly! I would highly recommend living here.

we have never had any issues living here. maintenance is available 24/7 if you need them and the girls in the office are always so lovely. Snow is well-managed and heat is included in our rent so we don't have to worry about it! We love it here

Have lived here for almost five years so far. The amenities are great (lot of utilities included, washers and dryers in the apartments, pool) and everything is clean, and everyone's friendly. Fast and attentive maintenance, too. Would recommend!
