I have lived here for over two years and have had great experiences. Response to emergency maintenance is very fast. All repairs are done in a timely manner and the employees are knowledgeable and professional.

Quiet Neighborhood, Friendly Staff, Nice Upgraded Units
I’ve lived here for four years and it’s been a pleasant experience. The ladies at the office are always helpful, my neighbors are friendly, and I chose an upgraded unit so I have the shaker style cabinets and ss appliances which make my cozy apartment feel so modern. Definitely recommend

They don't give you all the information
I applied and was accepted before being told that if I want internet hookup at all it will have to be through them. The monthly prices are ridiculous, AND I'd have to pay $80 for the modem. This is a HUGE issue, because I have Xfinity internet and mobile service, and you need Xfinity internet to be able to have mobile service. I would have to break my contract for both and pay all sorts of fees, and then be paying more for less internet. If you don't want to pay ridiculous fees for internet from... a company I've never even heard of, save your $20 application fee and look elsewhere. I wish I had.
