If I could give them half a star I would. I signed a lease and paid the deposit for a 3 month lease. They then called me 3 weeks before I moved in “asking” me to extend my lease to 4 months. I told them no, I had a stipend for a set amount of money for 3 months. Then they told me that since I declined the 4 month and extra 1500 dollars I would have to pay, I would instead have to pay an extra 600 dollars for my lease THAT I ALREADY SIGNED. Now I’m stuck searching for somewhere to live 3 weeks… out from moving. Absolutely awful!

Poor Management / Maintenance Team

While the apartments are beautiful, it does not make up for the lack of response from ANYONE in the offices. It has gotten worse in the 3 years I've been there and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease. This winter there has been little to NO snow removal and the sidewalks have been awful with ZERO comment from anyone in the office. They are quick to send out emails about resident complaints and lease violations issues but do NOTHING about it. But when we don't, and haven't, had enough trash bins for… trash, their answer is to threaten that if we throw trash outside the bins they will go through it and fine us! Really? What are we supposed to do with our trash? This has been an issue for 3 years.

Be CAUTIOUS before you move in here. They may be beautiful but are not maintained very well and management is not responsive.
