Grand Oak

We've been living here now for 4 Mos...and have had such a long list of 'fix its' normally I would do a simple repair myself...but for the first 2 Mos, our dryer vent was clogged and wouldn't let my laundry dry. They(maintenance) tried to clean 2x & the 3rd time finally wrked. (After 2Mos waiting) one night I had my kitchen window screen busted out as I was in my kitchen by someone throwing a plastic(full) bottle through it. The kids around here are rambunctious and run around loud. (I have a... special needs toddler). Besides that, the apt itself is nice and big and spacious! You have ur own fenced "backyard" . THey Do PROVIDE A lot. Including cable, water, trash etc. Pest control sucks! Spiders, ants, moles, flies etc. out here are CRAZY! I've ended up adding my own control. Generally it is a rather low key area. I've enjoyed it thus far, considering the run around issues. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Very Pleased

I am so glad we moved to Grand Oaks Apartments. The area is nice and clean. There is a playground for my children. We moved here from a very small town to a big city. The staff in the office was very nice and caring to our needs. The service guys are very professional and prompted. We had an end of summer party and I won $25 off my rent. The school system for my children is perfect for them. I highly recommend this apartment complex. We are close to everything.
