I know that Manning Apt has very good apts they try and keep up on maintenance and the office staff are curious and helpful the apts are very nice and well equipped and it seems to be a good neighborhood as well

When I moved in there was a list of at least 6 things that needed to be addressed. Work orders were written and all but one issue was taken care of. The last issue was scheduled for completion. Great communication.

The area here sucks. People will get into your cars. Weird men linger by the buildings. Someone even drove their car into one of the buildings. They’re supposed to have a pool - it was closed all summer. There is a very small maintenance staff that has trouble addressing issues. My AC was out for FOUR MONTHS before it was finally fixed. The staff does not answer the phone unless you call multiple times in a row.

There have been a few bumps in the road. But everything was take care of in the end. Most things get addressed.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend these apartments, they only have one maintenance person, and expect him to do every single thing on the property. They are petty about their money orders. You can’t be five minutes late turning it in or they won’t except it more and more young people are moving in letting their kids run around everywhere and they don’t care.
