Rainwood
Would love to know the owners.
They are managed by Franklin Assets in Louisville, Kentucky. I should say MISmanaged.
No maintenance because corporate (Franklin Assets)says there’s no money. Bills of contractors are not paid so they won’t come back to work on the apartments.
I’ve been here through Two managers and 3 maintenance men and the story is always the same. No money for repairs but they sure expect their rent on time.
