Don't Rent Here!

We lived here for about a year and the entire time this place was nothing but HORRIBLE! For starters we were charged a fee for supposedly not picking up dog poop when we hadn't had our dog anymore for over a month. The office was NEVER open even during business hours. Nobody would ever answer the phone. We had a plumbing issue with clogging and maintenance took 2 days to get to our apartment. The amenities were also never open and the pool was freezing even in the middle of summer. The area is... horrible, my vehicle was stolen, someone broke into our apartment AND they DON'T have cameras anywhere except attached to the leasing office. So if you're worried about safety this is not the place for you. Also when we moved out we were charged because we "left the place destroyed" when I took photos of everything before we left and had to email the photos to them just for them to take the charges off. This was a horrible experience for us! Highly don't recommend.

Love it!

I have lived here going on 3 years. Just signed my new lease. Staff are amazing and very helpful when concerns arise.

Moved in site unseen

Although I am from Fort Wayne, I leased an apartment while still living in New Mexico and planning my move back to town. The office staff and maintenance team have been great. Good communication and easy app to use to pay rent or report issues. Love having a carport, outdoor storage, massive personal patio, gym and pool to use. Also great that it's close to downtown, trails, and major retailers.

Great place to live!

My family and I have been living at Autumn Creek for over a year and we love it. The rent is affordable, restaurants and shops are located close by, and the neighbors are all very friendly. We really love it here!
