Unprofessional and Lacking Basic Decency

I’ve never seen a workplace show such little regard for the people who keep it running. In my experience, management treats staff as disposable, with sudden “position eliminations” happening at suspiciously convenient times. Watching good employees walk away because of poor treatment — only to see their family members out of a job days later — was enough to tell me everything I needed to know about the values here. I believe the culture is toxic from the top down, and it’s not a place I’d... recommend to anyone

Great place to live

Very quiet and the maintenance team is very quick. Chris has been in a couple of times and is very polite and does the job well.

Lots of room for the money

A quiet neighborhood, the townhouse has large basement along with rest of apt. Repairs done in timely matter.

Love this place!

I have really enjoyed living here at Brandy Chase. It is safe, quiet, and family/pet friendly. The community is growing and I’ve enjoyed the main office doing small events so that we can meet others in the complex. Maintenance has been great, as well. The pool, work out room, and playground are a plus as well. Located right off the highway so you are close to everything.

Welcome Home

The staff at Brandy Chase Apartments truly sets this place apart. Katie, Alexandria, Damon, and Dom are outstanding! They are professional, friendly, and always eager to help. The resident events are a highlight. Living here feels like being part of a big, happy family.
