Your pricing sucks , Ive been here over 14 years . These apartments are a wreck . Bad drywalling , . Painted over all vents , vinyl flooring is from the 80's . Cheap carpet , cheap refrigerator and stove , cheap dishwashers you can no longer replace , because its so outdated & refuse to replace . No lights in bedroom , old windows , causing hight heat / electric bills , pool is breaking apart ( cement wise ) . But i do have great maintenance people & front office lady is one of the sweetest... and best person . Maintenance is really great , they work with what you provide them . Company wise sucls .

Bad
The staff wasn’t helpful. We weren’t given a proper tour. The “tour guide” was on her phone the whole time during the tour.
A rat had ran out of the property when we entered.
The rent is high without utilities, trash, or anything being included.
The apartment was clearly not clean to be toured. Sinks were awful, outlet were painted over, floors had stains.
The second we walked in we both had agreed this wasn’t the area for us, without looking around the apartment.
