The Meridian (Waterloo Gardens)

My friend lives at the meridian, before the common areas were gross and trashy. They are so much better now!

Really nice and friendly staff! The units are very nice on the inside. It's quiet and a nice place to call home! I would recommend taking a look! You won't be disappointed!

This property has really turned around in the past year! The new manager that has taken over has been super nice and sweet. If you have any issues you can just pick up the phone and call the office and she will help! The maintenance team has ensured to resolve all my issues in a timely manor and are so professional! I'm here for the long haul!

I can't lie, Meridian Apartments surprised me. For the area it's in, the management is actually on top of things. They communicate with you, they don't leave you wondering what's going on, and if you have an issue, they get to it instead of making you wait forever.

Madison in the leasing office is real as hell—she'll talk to you like an actual... person instead of giving you the runaround.
