Income Restricted- Good Community

Villa Capri is a wonderful apartment community that offers a comfortable place to live at a price that’s hard to beat. The apartments are a great value, and the community has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home.

One of the best parts of living here is the staff. Everyone in the leasing office has been kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They take the time to answer questions, communicate clearly, and make residents feel appreciated. Any concerns are handled… professionally, which really adds to the overall experience.

The property is well cared for, with clean common areas and nicely maintained grounds that show attention to detail. It’s also conveniently located, making it easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and other everyday necessities.

If you’re searching for an affordable apartment in Fort Wayne with a friendly management team and a well-maintained community, Villa Capri is definitely worth a look. It’s a great place for anyone looking for quality living and excellent service.

Great management team!

This property is making a change and it shows! Ever since the regional Glenda has came in to help with staffing the atmosphere has changed! The lovely ladies in the office was able to listen to my needs and wants and was able to help me find my perfect home.! I have lived here for about 8 months and never had an issue that has not been resolved in a timely manor ! I will definitely be renewing

NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME!

Villa Capri Apartments! I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE living here! The apartments are so nice and everyone seems nice in the community. I have 2 small children and we feel safe and welcomed here! The office staff is great and really seem to care about the tenants. My family and I felt very welcomed through the entire move-in process! If you're looking for a nice affordable place to call home please check them out!
