Nice and quiet

The office manager Deb is always prompt about any issues and maintenance has always fixed things immediately. I've been here for 5 months and I love it. It's quiet and there is laundry on site.

Terrible repair record

Management and owner are NOT responsive to structural problems with units. Mine had no lock on window. Maintenance people knew this. One of these employees tried to break into my apt. through this window. Police caught him a few blocks away. Despite promises, window never fixed. No screens on any window. Heater broke beginning of winter and not fixed. This place is a bad place to live safely or conformably. Only good point is location in city and covered parking.

Wildwood Place

Nice fro the price. Location is good for the Southwest side of town. The down side is no laundry in apartment or on premises. The neighbors are disrespectful and play music at all hours. We were told not to park in front of the apartments. However, this is not enforced as everyone parks in these prohibited areas. I hope the place never catches on fire! We are looking for a new place. If you have a tight budget it's not bad. But, if you can afford better go for it! It's not worth saving the cash.

DON'T BELIEVE THE PHOTOS

Since those photos were taken, all trees and shrubs have been cut down. It looks like a concentration camp. These apartments have loud, dirty, inefficient electric furnaces, which make the electric bill well over $200 a month during four winter months for only 520 sq. ft. of space. Because the apartments are old, something is always breaking down, and it takes forever to get anything fixed because they are chronically understaffed, and both incompetent maintenance men barely speak English. ... Except for emergencies, your needs are practically ignored. There is almost no countertop space. The refrigerator is very small. Stove and hot water are electric, and you pay for it. The drafty vertical blinds have wands so high that only a very tall person can adjust them. If it snows on a weekend, nothing gets ploughed or shoveled, but even during the work week, each resident must shovel their own porch and carport. A recent power outage left them with no hot water, a/c, stove, heat, microwave or refrigeration. Those that had places to go left for two days until the power returned.
