Woodhaven Apartments

My husband and I have rented here for almost 4 years now, our experience with the maintenance and apartment quality has been great. About a year ago our downstairs neighbor started smoking pot do much so that we could smell it on a regular basis. The management was notified and looked into it but nothing changed police have been called on numerous occasions and have smelled pot outside our neighbors apartment as have others who live in the middle building and are walking past on the sidewalk. I moved into this spacious 1 bedroom apartment 4 months ago to get out on my own. This was the best decision I made, and the apartment was the best one on the market. I did my research, this was one of the cheapest ones on the market, and one of the largest. The living room has vaulted ceilings, there is a dining room, multiple closets in the hallway, bedroom is very spacious. The kitchen is a little small, with limited cabinet room, but being a 1 bedroom you wouldn't need anymore room than you... are given. I am an avid cook and have nothing to complain about. It is located 5 minutes from downtown Goshen, and it is great to be close to the center of the city, but far enough away to have some privacy. The lawn is well kept, and the outside always is in good shape and looks great! I strongly urge anyone who is looking for an apartment to give this a shot! Read More
