Briarwood Estates Apartments

Absolutely horrible!! And nothing EVER gets fixed!!

If you are wanting to spend ridiculous amounts of money to get rid of bedbugs and cockroaches this is the place for you. The entire time I lived here we had these issues, it was brought up to management and nothing was done. We are very clean people, can’t say the same for my neighbors though. There is dog poop everywhere and nothing is ever done about that either. Also be careful because if there are leaks because of the poorly built and even more poorly maintained buildings it will be blamed... on you until they actually spend the time to find the issue. Even then it could take 6 months for anything to be done. Or they may just wait until you move out, which is more likely. I lived there exactly 2 years and I highly recommend renting from them. Management was professional and friendly, Maintenance Staff was prompt, thorough and responsive. Pretty amazing really... quiet, no disturbances or crime... Great Job Staff!!!

I won't recommend this place to anyone. The manager is never there. Can't get her by phone or in person at the office.
