Wonderful PM

The PM, Nicky, is the best! She was warm, accommodating, and helpful as we scrambled to look for a place to live. She worked with us to get a move-in date which worked with our expiring lease at another place. We are very much looking forward to moving into a complex with her as management! What a gem! Thanks, Nicky!

Unfriendly management!

Unfortunately this has been a bad experience living here. "Property Manager" is very rude and confrontational when bringing up issues w/ the property or the apartment. She seems to lack any sort of people skills. The parking is terrible. Trying our best to stay here through the end of our year lease, however it's starting to feel quite impossible with the way this leasing office handles things. Making this feel like a hostile living situation. It's really hard to enjoy living somewhere when you... feel like you have to walk on eggshells to appease the "management."

Live somewhere else!

Parking here is ridiculous. Definitely need a lot more parking and less trees/bushes. Some of the security lights are out and have been out for years. There are trees that have fallen over and never been cleaned up. Shrubs overgrown and not taken care of in well over a year or two. Seems if the owner & property manager even really cared about this place and the tenants they'd make sure it looks nice around here. We all pay an awful lot in rent to have a nice place to call home. It's now Memorial... weekend and every other pool is open yet the property manager insists on keeping it closed. Just another way to show how she likes to take control. Does it out of spite of the tenants because she's just an unhappy person.
