The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition and not used for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. House rules violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property.
