Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. Parties are prohibited and will incur a $2000 fee. Smoking is prohibited and will incur a $1000 fee. All trash is to be taken out and disposed of, and the dishwasher must be started. The maximum property capacity is 8, and no unregistered guests are allowed.
