Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, with a $2000 party fee. No smoking is permitted, with a $1000 smoking fee. All trash is to be taken out and disposed of, and the dishwasher started. The maximum property capacity is 8, with no unregistered guests allowed. By booking this property, you agree to fill out the verification sent to you upon booking. If you refuse, do not pass, or are flagged, your booking can be canceled. A refund will be provided based on the cancellation policy. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and backyard. These are motion-activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio.
