This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies).
