Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Out-of-town guests must be at least 22 years old to book, and local guests must be at least 25 years old. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
