All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
