All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests applies. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations.
