No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
