If I could give this property negative stars I would. The management is terrible and they do not care about the tenants at all. They do not reach out when there are issues or call back and the voicemail box is always full !! The AC never works in the summer and the heat breaks in the winter. Hot water also goes out at least once a month. Management and maintenance do not know what they’re doing or they just don’t care or both. New management is absolutely terrible, unprofessional and don’t care about the residents. They don’t answer or return phone calls. Maintenance workers are unprofessional and unskilled. Parking is horrible and there’s roaches!!!

Use to love living here, but new owners do not care about their residents.

I live here now and absolutely love it. Being a young female, living on my own, I could not feel more safe. The amenities are fantastic and the staff even better. They all know my name, as well as my dogs! I use a dog walking service and they have always let me know who they thought was less than stellar, because they care that much about my baby. Any time I needed something fixed, it was fixed within a few hours, if not immediately (even after hours!!)
