love the changes

I really love the apartment upgrades like plank flooring and stainless steel appliances. The management company is also very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond.

the worst

If I could give this property negative stars I would. The management is terrible and they do not care about the tenants at all. They do not reach out when there are issues or call back and the voicemail box is always full !! The AC never works in the summer and the heat breaks in the winter. Hot water also goes out at least once a month. Management and maintenance do not know what they’re doing or they just don’t care or both. They also advertise a sparkling pool which hasn’t been actually open… in over 2 years. Don’t live here unless you want to be neglected and taken advantage of.

HORRIBLE

New management is absolutely terrible, unprofessional and don’t care about the residents. They don’t answer or return phone calls. Maintenance workers are unprofessional and unskilled. Parking is horrible and there’s roaches!!!

Sparkling pool

False advertisement. It’s July 17th. pool still not open. only sparkling pool here is on their advertised poster
