We are happy with the assistance of throughout the transfer process. Just a few things could have made the experience even better was there were several issues with the window, bathroom, kitchen issues. The maintenance person did a great job in solving when we requested a service

It's very overpriced. Communication with staff is little to none. It feels like a cash grab so they can keep getting money out of you. Worst apartments I've lived in so far.
