Lack of communication/ rent increase

RENTERS & BUYERS BEWARE>>>>>If you have any issues don't try to contact the office, they won't answer. If you leave a message, give them 2 weeks. Then not only will they still not reach out they will send you their one and only maintenance man that handles everything on the property all the way down to lawn care. The fact that they raise rent every single year is beyond me. First couple years it was by 15 dollars this year is by 50. These are FEMA trailers that are meant for temp living thus is... why my electric bill is over $400 dollars in the winter. Absolutely no installation. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. Please do your research before inquiring. In said research make sure to look them up under the 3 different companies they have changed to in the last 3 years. Horizon land management, strive communities and they won't share the most recent go figure.
