Apartments are okay themselves. Management turnover is crazy high, saw prolly 6 different people at the front desk during our 2 years. We had a terrible time with the property manager, really not a personable person, and is really the main reason I rate it 2 stars. When we asked to talk to the property manager’s superior directly, we never heard back from them either. So be ready for that sort of treatment. It seems like lots of others also dealt with this. Also felt like they will try to take… every penny they can (ie they tow cars all the time- my friend lived here and his girlfriend’s car got towed twice in a month). The staff here has made living in the community so much more fulfilling! They take their time with any issues and are constantly having events to help bring our community together! The team as a whole works like one machine with their own individual skill set! Brandy and Monika are amazing with communicating things going on and making concerns feel validated! Kevin is always ready to help and explain different maintenance issues and quick to resolve them and Erin is literally the best at making… the community feel like home! I love living at Notch, it is accessible to everything: bar, restaurants. grocery stores, etc. I love walking on the Monon with my pup and they are pet-friendly with an on-site dog park. The apartments are so nice and cozy.

I’ve been living here coming on two years now and already can’t wait to renew my lease again! It’s a beautiful complex with great amenities and staff. Everyone is so friendly and you cannot beat the location! Right on the Monon trail, Kroger next door, big lug and so much more. My dog and I love it!
