Me he hospedado hace poco se me hacen muy bien están limpios y tiene ambiente familiar hay tiendas mexicanas cercas y escuela todo muy bien los recomiendo al 100%

I have stayed in Parkhaven apartments for 4 years now and I can attest that these apartments have completely gone downhill. Parkhaven recently switched over the water to the tenants name, which is no problem. I already had plans to not resign my lease but what pushed me to write a review is the fact thay I have had a steady water bill around $40 a month and then the maintenance found a leak in my toilet. Now all of a sudden my water bill is $122 because of the leak and the lady at the office... told me because I didn't report it before I am responsible for the increased bill even though it's because of the leak. Not to mention I'm not the only one with this issue. There is no way I would recommend these apartments to anyone if thats how Parkhaven think they should treat their tenants. Also, I reported my toilet constantly running last year and nothing was ever done about it. Not only do the maintenance man take his time to fix issues but he dont always fix them he just rig it up. Now they just let anybody move in and kids constantly run in and out of the building screaming. If I could give less then one star I would.
