I went to check out these apartments 2 days ago and the leasing employee at the time was completely rude! When asked questions about the apartment I was interested in he was very short and never really gave eye contact. His whole demeanor spelled attitude. I even checked with the family that came in after me to check out the apartments to see if I was being over dramatic. But they also stated he was rude and unprofessional. The leasing office itself was trash and messy. The employees one hires... along with cleanliness is a representation of the whole property. So if either or both of those things are not representing the apartments in a professional manner then it's going to lose business. I would highly suggest some place else! Pine Glenn apartments is a poorly run apartment place. The staff there is horrible I have called them on several occasions but they never returned any of my phone calls I can never speak to a live human being their phone always goes to voicemail. The maintenance staff is also poorly run. I had leakage in my bathroom and had mold growing in the bathroom they came one time & the problem is still there. When I called them to fix it again they never called back or came to fix it & the mold problem... is worst & the toilet is sinking into the floor. I visited the facilities twice, once by myself and once with my fiance. The first time by myself, I went to look at a room and the entire building smelled of smoke, although the room itself was decently cleaned. The second visit was worse, we went into the common area of a different building and there was trash everywhere, cigarette butts on the stairs (along with burns in the carpet) and again, the whole building smelled of smoke. Do not move here! The only nice thing I can say is there is space in the Apts and maintenance staff is wonderful. Aside from that everything else is a fail. You will have constant leaks either from your apt or the one above you. Main manager is a HORRIBLE COLD HEARTLESS woman. If a loved one passes away she will care less and tell you you have to get her stuff out in 5 days. Do not move here there are so many other reason but to much to type.
