Unfortunately the staff, once again, refuses to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. They care nothing about their residents' comfort or experience, and absolutely cannot be counted on to fix issues that arise in their apartments. The staff is incompetent and they have no clue what good customer service is.

Fair enough.
My experience living at Scandia has been decent overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. The location is convenient, and the community itself is generally quiet and student-friendly. However, one major challenge has been the frequent lag in communication from management.

We moved in April 1 2025 and it has been wonderful. We are on the backside of the property, and it is beautiful. The apartment is spacious, was very clean, and work orders are addressed very quickly. Nothing but good things so far!

Been living here since September of 2022, maintenance has improved greatly on fixing repairs unfortunately Scandia apartments still have a trash problem with neighbors leaving trash everywhere makes you not want to walk the neighborhood because it does not have any curb appeal the apartments could plant flowers and bushes just to add some appeal
