Infested with roaches. No one cleans the building the neighbors are disgusting it’s horrible. I was referred and that’s the only reason I moved here. If I would have read the reviews first instead of word of mouth I would have never moved at all

Haven’t had working outlets in master bedroom for 4 months, the laundry facility is disgusting/doesn’t work half the time, terrible staff, no one responds to you and they’re never in the office when it says they are. Don’t bother calling it’s only an office site answering service that emails the main office and they never respond. We’ve had the Marion County health dept. in our apartment several times to inspect and she has wrote them many citations. Lots of gang activity here at night. They... have security during the day that does nothing, everything happens at night so it’s pointless. Would recommend spending an extra $100 a month and living down the street somewhere else. I went in for a tour and the office was super dark and shady all lights out and curtains closed, locking the door immediately after I got in like they are afraid of residents. Then the apartment they showed me looked NOTHING like the photos I was so disappointed it was gross tile all messed up and half done in the bathroom holes in the walls definitely not a single thing remodeled

Please do not rent here. Current resident and the office staff have locked the doors to hide from fulfilling maintenance requests. DTAY FAR AWAY

From the start this place has been nothing but problems. The office staff is impossible to get ahold of and never call you back. My move in date was pushed back 3 times, after I paid first month and deposit. I had to live in a hotel for a month. The only way I finally was able to get any progress was to show up to the office demanding a unit. Then with in one week of moving in the sewer system backed up into my apartment I had standing sewer water in my apartment for 2 days before anything was... done. Again to get anything done I had to go to the office and demand it be taken care of, even then I was told well someone will be out today no one showed up till almost 5 pm. I told them the carpets would need replace, they shampooed them not replaced after there was sewer water standing on them. I called their corporate office and the health department on them. The health department told me they have been called put before for issues. I had dead roaches in my cabinets and kitchen floor when I moved in, plus the strong stench of mildew.
