Amazing Place to Live

I've lived at Willow Lake Apartments for almost 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. The amenities are fantastic, and the community atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff—especially Emily. She goes above and beyond every single day to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it's handling maintenance requests quickly, answering questions with a smile,… or just checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly, Emily’s professionalism and kindness make a huge difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here, and it shows in everything she does.

If you're looking for a place to live where you're more than just a number, and where the team truly values your comfort and happiness, I highly recommend Willow Lake Apartments. And if you get the chance to work with Emily—consider yourself lucky!

The best

I have lived at Willow Lake in the Townhome apartment for about a year now and we just renewed our lease. It has been the best living experience I have ever had and it's cheaper than my last 2 apartments! I can't speak for all the layouts, but the townhome is by far the best value per square foot available in the entirety of the north side of Marion county, and I've done a LOT of apartment shopping.

We love our master bedroom and bathroom, huge amounts of kitchen cabinet space, the spacious… dining/living room, the back patio, and the extra kitchen "nook" for shelving the insane amount of kitchen appliances we have.

The maintenance crew is always on top of everything all the time and they work well and fast, 10/10. Put a maintenance request in and they'll be there in a few hours. The amenities are very nice. The pool area is kept clean and organized and has grills for a pool party bbq. The pet spa is great for washing my pets and getting them dry if they'd sit still.

With today's terrible living expenses I didn't think I could afford to live somewhere this nice. I was wrong. Thanks y'all

Update, my washing machine broke the other night and it was replaced as soon as regular service hours started the next morning with a brand new one. 5 stars

Outstanding property, highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with this community for quite some time, and I can confidently say it stands out among apartment communities in the area. The amenities are top-notch and meticulously maintained, offering residents a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable living experience. The grounds are always clean and inviting, with attention given to every detail.

The management team is exceptional, professional, responsive, and deeply invested in the well being of both residents… and the property. Their commitment shows in the smooth operations and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The apartments themselves are modern, well-designed, and maintained to a high standard, providing a great blend of comfort and style. It’s clear the staff takes pride in making sure everything from common areas to individual units meets a high level of quality.

Awesome place to live!

I have been here for 3 years. Maintenance is awesome, the grounds are beautiful and the pool area is like a resort! I feel very safe as well. I would recommend Willow Lake to anyone! It has been fantastic.

We’ve been at Willow Lakes for half a year, and I can confidently say there have been ZERO complaints! From move in day, the team has been very accommodating and receptive. Maintenance comes very promptly within 1-2 days, they even came out on the weekend to give us a space heater when we were awaiting a part for our heater. The community has always been quiet, and we’ve always felt safe. Never have to worry about parking either! Many spots for you and your roommates. The team also has many… events throughout the year to bring the community together so there’s always fun going on! We will always recommend Willow Lakes to anyone in need of a new home.
