Document Everything

I generally try to handle issues directly and privately before leaving public reviews, but after months of unsuccessful attempts to resolve a security deposit issue, I feel prospective tenants should be aware of my experience.

After moving out, I repeatedly contacted management regarding the status of my deposit refund. I was consistently told that the matter was “being processed,” and “my ledger needed corrected by management” yet meaningful follow up never occurred and communication became… increasingly difficult. Despite multiple good faith attempts to resolve the situation through the property office and management channels, the issue remains unresolved.

What has been most frustrating is the lack of transparency and accountability throughout the process. Timely communication and follow through matter, especially when it involves money owed back to former residents.

I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to keep thorough documentation of all communications, move-out conditions, and forwarding address information if renting here.

I hope management improves its handling of post move out issues and resident communication going forward.

New management not as responsive

Several updates with the new management that are doing absolutely nothing? Sidewalk being like a foot off the ground and illogical paths while the grass is 3 feet tall and landscaping absolutely not kept up with. It’s really sad how run down they’ve allowed it to get in a year compared to the first four years.

I lived in these apartments for 2 years and I LOVED THEM!

I loved living in these apartments! I loved the apartment it’s self! It’s beautiful with high end details and the feel is contemporary/luxury. I love the office manager YUNI who always went out of her way to help me out regardless of what it was I needed. I love the maintenance man Mike he is always there always fixes things right the first time and is somebody that you can count on to make sure that everything is always up and running. I left my neighbors because they were so kind and I was not… feeling well and I had an elderly dog and they always checked on us are we stopped and talked it was more of kind of a family atmosphere rather than an apartment atmosphere where people kind of stick to themselves and don’t really know each other. When my dog got loose the entire complex help me look for and chase her down that says something about your neighbors . I moved due to health reasons but if that had not been the case I would still be there I love these apartments.!
