How Is This Rating Determined?

Worst place to live ever.

This had got to be the most disgusting place to ever live. Managment does not care. Roaches everywhere. The whole building is gross. Floors not clean. If you are not a lucky person to have a room with a shower or bathroom u have to use the ones in the hallways which are always disgusting because people who live there dont care.
