Beautifiul but Inefficient
These apartments are beautiful. I currently live in a loft apartment that has plenty of space for everything I need. The setup is great, and even presenting these to my friends and family they're honestly impressed but the setup. However, there is a dark-side to these apartments. The electricity bills are outrageous. My electricity bills for a 1 bedroom apartment from Oct-Jan have averaged $275/mo when I'm gone on weekends and use a nest thermostat to save energy. All electric heat, sure, but... every other apartment I've lived in with all electric heat have had far lower energy bills. I don't know that I'll renew the lease or not. These apartments are great and so is management, but they are incredibly inefficient to heat.

Love my apartment!
I love my 1 br 1.5 bath loft style! It's really nice for how affordable it is and it's in a quaint neighborhood with lots of young families. I live under O'Neil property mgmt and they are great. I've lived with them two years prior to moving to this location.
