Southpoint

Like most places, when you go to tour, everything is quiet -Loooved it. However, 2 diff neighbors residing in my bldg revealed themselves to be extremely loud. UPDATE: The new neighbors have quieted down a lot since they moved in nearly a yr ago. The reason I chose my apt is it is less than 2 blocks from my workplace, which is cool on those nice days or when my car decides to take a day off w/o telling me. My apt is also seconds from restaraunts, movies, shopping & grocers. (We're located in the... sister city home of a top 10 college, however, NOT A LOT OF STUDENTS -Loooove it) I have rented with WHLong for over 5 yrs; this is my 2nd location where I've been for nearly 4. Unfortunately, I'm not thrilled with the new mgmnt as I have documentation that it took 8 mos to get a leaky tub fixed...started as a drip and became a brook WITH SPOUT OFF by the time it was fixed a couple days before inspections. Now I'm waiting to see how long it takes them to replace my oven, which broke while baking apple roses. Overall, I enjoy my location, the size apt for the price, public transportation is awesome.
