Great apartments in low income range
Everything including appliances were new when I moved in. No bugs, No large animals. Everyone stays to themselves and their friends. Issues are handled immediately. Quiet as far as small apartments go. The view from the North side of the building is the river and the riverwalk, it is breathtaking. No direct sun and wont fade the furniture. The south side of the building has full sun and has a view of the older buildings in and along Lincolnway Rd area. Laundry on 3 floors, a semi workout room,... small library, and a cafeteria area to buy lunches. There is a waiting list and you must sign up and be approved
